Booking Confirmation

Engagement dates are not considered reserved until a written agreement has been executed and a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total engagement fee has been received. Receipt of the deposit secures the event date.

To ensure adequate planning and preparation, keynote engagements should be booked at least 90 days prior to the event. Requests submitted within 90 days of the event date may be considered based on speaker availability and require executive approval from Feral Education. Approval of requests within the 90-day window is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may require an event to be canceled or rescheduled. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while recognizing the time and resources dedicated to preparing for each engagement.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled engagement will receive a full refund of the required deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 14 calendar days of the scheduled engagement will result in forfeiture of the required deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the scheduled engagement will require payment of the full engagement fee due to operational preparation, scheduling commitments, and reserved services.

Failure to remit payment following a late cancellation may result in the denial of future booking requests and, where applicable, collection or other contractual remedies.
